New features in 7P MDM 5.43:

  • New parameters for the Exchange configuration have been introduced.
  • The scheduler script for LDAP synchronization has been improved and now also supports Microsoft Azure Active Directory synchronization.
  • The “Find my” iOS system application can now be used in black- and whitelists.
  • Some of the iOS MDM client functionalities have been separated into different apps:
    • 7P MDM Client – with reduced functionality
    • 7P Locate – app to retrieve GPS data from the device
    • 7P Appstore – provides the functionality of the known AppStorage
    • 7P VPN – provides the capability to use OpenConnect VPN
    • All apps are respected in the “newer version available” condition
  • A MDM Enabler functionality for Android KME and Zero Touch devices has been implemented.

7P MDM Android Client 5.43.02

Parallel to the release of the new server version, a new MDM client 5.43.02 for Android was also released.
It improves the Android 10 device management.
Important note: With Android 10 only the Device Owner Mode is supported as a enrollment method. Please make sure that you enroll such devices only in this mode!
